The band name Devils River is evocative of the river of devils and demons we all have to sail through every day.
It is a reminder not to get become entrapped by the spiritual void of the daily rat race and materialistic superficiality.
For the grammatically correct out there, we don't use an apostrophe as this is not the River belonging to the Devil it is a River of Devils (plural).
Our river is not flowing water but rather a river of vibrational energy interpreted by the ear as sound - produced by three Devils from their souls and translated into the physical realm with their bodies and instruments. In other words - we make great tunes!
It is also a place of outstanding natural beauty in Texas and sounds groovy!
